Mr. Tuttle has a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MS Degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.  Leonhas been involved in the telecommunications industry since 1969. While with AT&T Technologies, he was responsible for the manufacturing of telephone equipment, including long lines multiplex equipment and nationwide speakerphone. While with Bell Telephone Laboratories, he redesigned long lines multiplex equipment and channel banks. With Southern Bell Telephone Company, he directed the Charlotte Engineering District providing outside plant facilities in eight wire centers for over 160,000 customers.  Leonfounded Telecommunication and Industrial Consulting Services Corporation in 1981. He presently directs the corporate activities of Telecommunication & Industrial Consulting Services.
